Podcast Shout Out

Published by Adminidon on

One of my favorite podcasts is the one produced by Sam Otten, from the University of Missouri, called the Math Ed Podcast.  His usual pattern is to take a current journal article and interview the lead author about what they found and how they found it.  Some of the interesting parts of Sam’s podcast are the questions he asks all his guests.  He asks everyone about their grad school experience (which made me realize how many great researchers have come from UW-Madison…On Wisconsin!) and what they would be doing if they weren’t a Math Ed researcher.  Each podcast is about a half hour and has been a great way to distract me while I am running. Check it out on iTunes or Podomatic

The latest episode has Amy Ellis discussing an article that I was co-author on.  I have embedded the podcast and here is a link to the article.  Enjoy!
