Amidon Planet production coming to Columbus, OH

Got an email today telling me that my paper “Struggling forward: Refining a framework for teaching mathematics with and for social justice” was accepted as a Brief Research Report to be presented at the Psychology of Mathematics Education – North America (PME-NA) Annual Meeting.  This is a more scholarly presentation of the presentation I gave at the NCTM Annual Meeting in April.  This year The Ohio State University is hosting the annual meeting from October 28-31, 2010 (check out the website http://pmena.org/2010/) , so I will be heading to Ohio in the fall.
